11-14 December 2020 (Spreading Christmas joy to children)
15-18 January 2021 (New hope for abused women and children)
When: 15-18 January 2021
Running/walking/crawling distances: 5km, 10km, 15km, 21km, 32km & 42km
Description: Run/walk/crawl the distance between 15-18 January 2021. This distance must be done in one go or you can accumulate over the period. You can run/walk/crawl on the road, in the veld or on a treadmill, anywhere it is in your own hands!

How to Upload results
– Make a screenshot of your results (distance and time) using any fitness tracking application such Runkeeper, Garmin, Strava etc.
– Go to www.virtualrunnersa.co.za click on My Account (top right)
– Go to My Races, select the race you did and click on Upload.
– Click on Choose File and select the screenshot from your device.
– Then click upload
Please note: Any upload after the above mentioned date will not be accepted. You will not appear on the results.
Do I get a real medal?
The option to get a real medal will be available should you wish to receive one.
When you enter, please make sure you select the correct delivery method!!! If you only want to receive the virtual certificate, select “Local Pickup” as delivery method. If you want to receive the real medal, and you selected and paid for the medal option, make sure you select “Post Office” or “Postnet” or “Pep to Pep” as delivery method. The added cost will have to be paid by you!
